We are looking for discord moderators to join our community management team. Whether you are a beginner or a skilled moderator, anyone who wants to support the project is welcome.
We will start a Moderator Program, meant to brief, train, and involve all applicants in the details of our project, so they can properly moderate our Discord server, keep it in sync with our project and keep everyone informed and active.
Moderator tasks
Your role is to ensure that our server is a safe, healthy environment for everyone. Tasks include:
· Provide discussion topics
· Encourage & involve the community*
· Remove unrelated or inappropriate content
· Answer questions about MUNDIS programs, campaigns, development, or community guidelines
· Define group boundaries and rules**
· Arrange and maintain channels
· Add and manage bots
· Kick Members
· Ban Members
· Read Text Channels & See Voice Channels
· Send Messages
· Manage Messages
· Read Message History
*The Discord moderator can organize events or community days (every week or every two weeks), days for discussions, and add Discord bots for games or polls, giving people the opportunity to share their ideas, thoughts, and preferences.
**The moderators have to keep an eye on everything going on on the server. They have to actively participate in enforcement activities to make sure everyone is following the rules as they should.
Program stages
To obtain a full rights Server Moderator role, applicants must collect the previous roles, as below:
Mod-intern role
Is achieved by filling out the moderator intern form (reason to apply, experience, contact details)
The Intern role offers access to the Moderator Program Channel, where useful moderator information is provided to all interns, along with a series of quizzes.
Mod-trainee role
Is achieved by successfully completing the quiz about Mundis on the Moderator Program Channel. A subchannel (topic/language) will be attributed for moderation, following a short chat interview held by a Moderator. Permissions are limited to sending messages, priority speaker status, and time-outs.
Mod-assistant
The Insider role is also attributed by request on the Moderator Program channel, after a short performance evaluation direct interview held by one of the Moderators.
This role offers further permissions on a channel/subchannel and grants access to Surprise Insider Token and NFT Drops redeemable only by the Insiders and Moderators who are live and active on their channels.
Moderator role
After a short performance evaluation, the full rights Server Moderator role is attributed by request on the Moderator Program channel.
Moderators receive a ‘Rewards and Incentives’ plan according to the responsibilities the moderator wants to take on.
This role offers access to the Moderator Only channel.
